Short backstory: It turns out that the taste of all toxins and the taste of any pathogen membrane mimics an “external” fluid given off by the parent in early development. In the case of
coronavirus, the membrane taste is close enough to the nutmeg taste excreted by the parent around the time of coalescence. The nutmeg fluid is supposed to be picked up by receptors and initiate an internal change. In most people, the receptors in this event are damaged due to generational traumas and this damage makes receptors respond to a “wider range” of nutmeg tastes including the one we found in the
membrane of coronavirus – making the person susceptibility to get COVID-19 later on in life.  After healing, the person no longer unconsciously feels
the need for the “fake” nutmeg taste in the coronavirus membrane and if the body gets exposed to the virus, the body will get rid of it (along with both amoeba strains).

The heart area is of most importance and is used in this treatment

To heal the nutmeg event, it is critically important that we first focus our awareness inside the
palm of the hand and heal all generational traumas on suffocation that comes up when focusing
on the taste of nutmeg (don’t forget the back of the hand). When the inside of the hand feels open
and no more suffocation can be evoked, move to one finger at a time (don’t forget the thumb),
and heal suffocation generational traumas until each finger is like an open straw or tube where breathing of fresh clean air is effortless. The healing is complete when you feel sparkles in your chest, like fizzy, bubbly water and your breathing feels effortless and the air is clean and fresh like mountain air, when focusing on the taste of nutmeg. People who are mainly kinesthetic may
not feel sparkles but instead describes it as a sensation of tingles. After completing one hand, move to the other and repeat the process.


Focusing on the taste of nutmeg
and listening to the music will bring up the relevant traumas. The average time for doing this process is 40 minutes

IMPORTANT this technique does not act like hand disinfectant and it DOES NOT SEEM to immunize. Masks and distancing are ESSENTIAL


As you are sick, the challenge of doing the treatment is to stay focused on a psychological process for an hour while feeling rather miserable and tired from your sickness.
If you have co-infections, this process will not get rid of the symptoms caused by the co-infection.


WARNING
Some people should NOT use this technique:
1) People with any history of suicide or serious heart issues.
2) People who have significant emotional issues, or have other dysfunctional conditions
(blocked emotions, tapping doesn’t work, etc.) These people are much less likely to
succeed and instead have their other issues triggered.


Quick summary steps
Step 1: Prepare a cup of nutmeg tea.
Step 3: Heal the taste of nutmeg using “the hand suffocation technique”. Use the psychological reversal step rubbing the sore spot on the chest near the shoulder once in a while.
Step 4: Heal any resistance to feeling/healing suffocation and/or sparkles/tingles.
Step 5: Do it three times on three different days

Detailed steps


Step 1: NOTE DOWN ALL the symptoms you have that are bothering you and rate them 1 to 10. come back to this after the healing.

To have strong feelings come up is a good thing, not a bad thing, and it means the process is working. You will be using your hands (first one, then the other) to help get your awareness to the right place and music and taste to keep it there during their healing. The sensation of suffocation is the key sensation/feeling that needs to be healed (suffocation is a bodily sensation which may have strong emotional components like panic, fear, anger etc. but feeling the sensation of suffocation is
usually enough for people to heal it as they are tapping).


This suffocation is a generational
issue, it may help to imagine and love the grandparents behind you if the healing stalls but it's not a requirement


Step 2: Prepare a cup of “nutmeg tea”
Familiarize yourself with the taste of nutmeg. (Or if your sense of taste has issues remember strongly this taste without preparing the tea) The actual taste that we are targeting is best
identified by making a cup of “nutmeg tea” by taking 1/8 tsp nutmeg in 1 cup hot
water. After the nutmeg has settled to the bottom of the cup, the water can be sipped. Pick up the after-taste that occurs about 5 seconds after swallowing. This matches the taste
that you want to focus on during the healing in step 3.


PUT YOUR LEFT HAND ON THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR CHEST LIKE IN THE IMAGE AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE.

TAPPING IS DONE WITH THE RIGHT HAND ON THE 9 GAMUT POINT (BACK OF THE HAND, FLESHY PART BETWEEN RING AND LITTLE FINGER) WITH 3/4 FINGERS


Step 3: Coronavirus: Eliminate any suffocation trauma around the taste of nutmeg (the suffocation hand technique)
a) Take your left hand and align the base of it with the chest. Fingers should be spread and extended out in the air as shown thumb pointing upwards and pinky angling downwards). If your hand gets tired, you can flatten it on your chest.
b) Continuously pretend that you are surrounded by the taste of nutmeg (as if bathing in nutmeg).
c) Put your awareness into the palm of their hand and imagine that you are going to breathe air into the palm of the hand.
d) Play the music at the bottom of the page ON A LOOP while healing. You can save it and play it on a loop in an app
e) Notice the suffocation and tap with the opposite hand on the 9-gamut point.
f) Stay focused with your awareness in the palm of the hand until there is no more suffocation coming up (make sure the back side of the hand is also free of suffocation).
g) [Optional] Do chest rubbing psychological reversal’ step every once in a while, during the healing.
h) Move your  awareness to one finger at the time and heal suffocation until each finger is like an open tube through which breathing is effortless and the air feels clean like fresh mountain air.
i) Check for the presence of sparkles in the chest. Notice that people who are mainly kinesthetic will use other words to describe this – such as a sensation of tingles or fizzy bubbles.
Again, the endpoint is a visual or kinesthetic feeling of sparkles/tingles in their body, sort of like having sunshine illuminating soda water in your body. The sparkles/tingles must be
experienced in the chest – it doesn’t really matter if they are elsewhere in the body. If they cannot get this to happen, the immunity to or the elimination of the coronavirus is not ensured.


REPEAT THE WHOLE PROCESS WITH THE RIGHT HAND ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE CHEST AND TAPPING ON THE 9 GAMUT WITH THE LEFT HAND

Step 4: Difficulties that you may experience and what to do

Focus on suffocation until you barely can trigger suffocation and then you should feel sparkles/tingles in the chest.
This means you are focused on getting rid of suffocation and gaining sparkles/tingles.

If you cannot feel suffocation in the hand/fingers

If you cannot feel suffocation and don’t have sparkles, you are somehow blocking
the sensation. Try the following:
a) Simple psychological reversal step on suffocation.
b)  imagine you are looking (from the inside, remaining inside your body) out of the navel as if it were a window, focus on doing the process and accept any and all emotions that seem to come from outside the navel about doing this process, and let them through you, be they horrible or beautiful until the space outside of navel is clear and white. Accept also any reaction you may have to the emotions that come to you. Stay inside your body looking outside the navel at all times, getting out of the navel hole can cause serious psychological issues
c) You can feel your ancestors in order to tune into the suffocation, feel them behind you, in a giant tree, mother side left side, father side right side

If you cannot feel sparkles/tingles in your chest

If you think you have gotten rid of the suffocation generationals but don’t have sparkles
try the following:
a) Check if you instead are feeling tingles.
b) Some people may resist positive feelings such as the sparkles. If you suspect this,
do body associations on what they imagine sparkles/tingles feel like, cup your hand, feel like you have a paper bag, feel the tingles/sparkles in the bag and tap for up to 3 minutes on the 9 gamut point of the cupped hand.
Check the other hand, cupped, with an imaginary paper bag, and feel whether it feels like the tingles/sparkles radiate out from this paper bag. If they do do the tapping until you feel like the paper bag is flying away or dissolving
Check each hand again until you cannot feel the paper bag radiate sparkles/tingles

If the you feel of death or annihilation feelings after healing the taste of nutmeg

The nutmeg step is part of a bigger developmental event. In rare cases you might start triggering the later portion of the event and feel trauma from it. This generally will
be a feeling of annihilation or dissolving, with perhaps a dying feeling. Simple tapping on the 9 gamut point ON EACH feeling, ONE AT A TIME, should suffice to relieve this symptom.

Step 5: Rule of three
Do the whole procedure two more times in different days, at least 2 days apart if not more. This makes sure the changes are anchored in place.
